- No vertical or horizontal movement. Maybe after 5 years.
- Small office, cubes, and lots of yelling as certain people don't want to get up and walk 20 feet.
- Salary is not up to industry standards. The "flexibility" they offer does not make up for it.
- Benefits besides the Pension are avg. if not lower.
- Micromanagement from the top down, but in different words.
- Passive-aggressive communication.
- People have been belittled enough they cry at work.
- Ideas and solutions are listened to, but management always goes with their own choice..
- Not an enterprise level company / more of a division that acts as a start-up. Very lean staffed.
- Campaigns can take months or years to launch. Things move very slow here usually, but randomly you'll have a blitz of working 80 hours to meet unrealistic deadlines.
- No work/life balance.
- They've lost 5 people in 5 years who report to the same person... not a coincidence.
