      Pros

      The Company makes very good profits as an organization. They stick with niche markets for Life and Health. I believe the new CEO's are trying to change the culture but it is so ingrained throughout the company it will be difficult.

      Cons

      The culture is not conducive for growth. It is a culture of low trust, high control. I believe the new co CEO's are trying to change the culture.
