Pros

good people, good vending machines, good office wall decorations

Cons

health benefits too expensive, vacation (2wks) not alot compare to what other companies offer these days 3wks/4wks per yr plus holidays. stuck to old ways, technology needs updating. not alot of training, this is not a good place for entry levels since they expect you to know everything.

Pros

Good company overall. Nice work environment. People are friendly. Access to necessary technology is not a problem. Definitely recommend!

Cons

Benefits are not great. Expensive health insurance. Very little vacation time (2 weeks per year). Would be nice if there was a cafeteria on campus.

Pros

Training compensatinon pay is outstanding. Exelent trainers and managers to help with needs as they arise. Very laid back atmosphere while still keeping with the office environment. No pressure to "sell, sell, sell!", no cold calling, just contact current insuranc applicants and help to complete their application forms. Steady hours, no bidding for shifts, weekends and PAID holidays.

Cons

Implemented a new adhearance policy, makes researching/documenting phone information more difficult. Also the "occorance" policy is too strict. You could easily have 4 occorances for the month, causing a write-up, in as little as 2 days. I believe the occurances for adhearance to on the phone time could be averaged over the week. EVERYONE has a bad day from time to time, this would allow the represenative to compensate for such an event.
