Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions to our team. This agent position does require a self-motivated, persistent, and sales-minded individual to succeed and isn't for everyone. With the right person, this career can be incredibly rewarding financially and professionally. We wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Besides selling and obtaining adults' consent, applications are easy to complete. If you are able to get a good schedule and reach your metrics, you normally don’t have to think about work at home. They also offer a pension after 5-10 years

Cons

When you first start, it takes 2-3 months before you can earn a bonus. In the meantime, you are paid around $15 per hour. When you quit, the company takes away one week of pay for the first week of training. Bonuses in general are somewhat shady. The company doesn’t have a tool for agents to track which customers are approved and pay for their policies. Your hourly wage is covered by the customers who have been approved and paid for their policies, and any remaining amount is your bonus. Additionally, you also have chargebacks to deal with. The call queues also seem to be favored. There are some calls from customers who are ready to apply, while the worst are customer service calls or inquiries about buying a $100,000 policy for $3.49, dismissing prices as low as $3.49. You also have to deal with a lot of mentally unstable and rude customers and talk about death on a regular basis
