      Non for company or experience, will give zero star review! wfh in your comfort. not having to waste gas for a headache!

      Cons

      MICROMANAGED, SURREAL, and Globe LIFE don't care about their customers, GL scams their customers and doesn't really want you to help the customer and solve the issue thoroughly. Treat your customers equally and their policy shouldn't be based on diversity! GL wants the customer to keep calling back, and still collect the customer's money but not assist with the customer's concerns.

      The whole company is a scam and a joke. Work in real life!

      Pros

      They sell you the life you want and then charge you for a license that takes 3 months to start getting paid... Its not worth it at all. And worse, they didn't explain anything clearly and wasted everyones time. Great place to work if your a psycho path.

      Cons

      They're all cons. Top down, they're all hoping you do all the work for them. And they lie about how long everything will take. Everything about the job itself is a nightmare, the epitome of coorporate pyramid panzi scheme night mare.

      Great Company With Amazing Retirement Benefits

      Pros

      Globe Life genuinely cares about its people and goes above and beyond when it comes to providing retirement benefits. They offer a 401(k) plan AND pension plan with company matching, which is almost unheard of nowadays.

      Cons

      Globe Life is sometimes slow to adopt new and innovative practices that are seen as standard at newer and more progressive companies.
