Pension plan is offered after 5 years of work

Cons

No bonuses, low 1-3% yearly raise, stayed to vest in pension and ended up underpaid and month pension payout is laughable.

Not what they portrayed in the beginning

Remote work is all that was good about the job.

Cons

They were typical sales agent trainers. They just enjoyed hearing themselves talk. Who wants to do one script that lasts one hour. People don’t want to talk about final expenses in the first place, let alone listen to someone ramble for an hour!
