Lack of concern for employees

the company treats some employees like they are non persons. I hate not having access to company intranet or email then finding out about some event 3 days later while other people in the building are watching tv on their computer while working. I hate not having access to a phone to make calls (such as scheduling an appointment) and at the same time being told not to use a cell phone. I hate that each department decides how to apply the rules and that even in the department rules are followed differently.
