Not difficult and great work life balance

Cons

Globe Life adheres to a rigid, outdated hierarchy. High performers are not given adequate advancement opportunities. Pay is well below industry average. There is no innovation. An inefficient large corporation.

Globe treats employees like 2nd rate citizens, easily replaceable cogs

Pros

Heavily depends on your position, if you are an exec, you have a private parking lot, private entrance, private cafeteria, extremely large offices. Next level down have nice cubes, and good equipment.

Cons

Call center style, horrible equip, cubes so small I would consider them a fire hazard. The office bldg itself is poorly is poorly designed, with cramped parking , unless you arrive really early, you'll have a 10 min walk to your cube.
