      Great Immediate Boss. Terrible Pay.

      Pros

      My boss and coworkers are overwhelmingly amazing. Good place for someone fresh out of college to get their feet wet. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Horrific raises. My manager worked like a dog had to work 2 jobs to keep the lights on in their rental unit -- and their bosses knew about it! Not sure how any company thinks that's okay. Work is non-stimulating and doesn't help build a portfolio. The longer you're here, the longer you're trapped.
