* Bimonthly paycheck * Insurance is pretty good * I've met a lot of good people and friends in this company * You can run away before accepting a job offer * After they have picked you apart, you can still quit and find another job paying a much better salary * I'd go on welfare before considering a job offer from Globe

Cons

* Toxic environment, stay away! * This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES * Micromanagement by broken, nasty, and degrading management * Management will lie about anything to protect themselves * This company is full of egotistical narcissistic managers who will find fault in EVERYTHING EVERYONE does * Management by fear and a bunch of cowardly bullies * My manager boasts that she's fired more people than anybody else in the company. She has a power trip and should be knocked off her high horse. * Raises are tiny and bonuses don't exist unless you're a VP or above * Technology in this company is very far behind * The people that stay here, only stay because they are stuck

Pros

The people I work with everyday are fantastic. Although I work remote, I feel included in most aspects of the job (other than in person events, again because I am fully remote). The Company is doing a lot for employees to ensure that everyone remains engaged.
