I personally don't have any pros about this company

Cons

40 minute lunch breaks, low pay rates, must work in office, dealing with highly upset customers on a daily basis. Can't go out of a 4 minute call handle time.

Flexibility is given when needed, and career potential is there. Corporate environment is collaborative.

Cons

Annual raise is "standard 3%" but I've seen more when adjustments are necessary.
