Shareholder company growth is always positive trending.

Cons

Too many layers of Senior and Executive management (i.e. Global, Divisional, Director, VP, etc.) for the total population of employees.

Great benefits, promotes within

Pros

Great benefits, including 401k match and pension. Company tends to promote from within which is great for people looking to get their foot in the door. Some Company perks with their extensive Sports Marketing reach.

Cons

Clique-ish, with some promotions based on who you know. New leadership has less concern for the general workforce and promoting within. Sports Marketing focus led to lower profit margins which, in turn, led to huge org restructures and layoffs.
