Not difficult and great work life balance

Globe Life adheres to a rigid, outdated hierarchy. High performers are not given adequate advancement opportunities. Pay is well below industry average. There is no innovation. An inefficient large corporation.

Met some great people and realized this job isn't for me.

Cons

I got teamed up with a manager that seemed like he wasn't sure how to do his own job. He didn't help me learn about the job, just how to download every little thing.
