Pros

Heavily depends on your position, if you are an exec, you have a private parking lot, private entrance, private cafeteria, extremely large offices. Next level down have nice cubes, and good equipment.

Cons

Call center style, horrible equip, cubes so small I would consider them a fire hazard. The office bldg itself is poorly is poorly designed, with cramped parking , unless you arrive really early, you'll have a 10 min walk to your cube.

Pros

The people at Globe Life are very nice and helpful. You will never feel like you are not a part of the team here. If you run into any problems managers and colleagues will always help you out

Cons

The company has very traditional values, any change takes a lot of time to take place. HR is very slow here
