The entire HR team was blindsided and kept in the dark for anything happened during a M&A when Globus purchased Nevro. Employees were treated with no dignity and the entire acquisition went poorly without any transparency. Be aware that this company treats everyone as a number, a cost that they could just cut at any moment. I've experienced many M&As, talking about extreme chaos and no direction - even more the acquired HR team, this one took the cake. Please don't join this company.
