Pros

Organization is always working to put the customer first and supports new and innovative ideas. The organizations expertise in Telecom, Netowrk and IT helps support my sales efforts. Experienced delivery teams provide hard to find talent and always come through on the delivery of complex projects.

Pros

They do offer remote work

Cons

NO STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP- How do executives have time to meet for hours with each individual of their teams DAILY. Tells me you have absolutely nothing going on. Anyone with sense will recognize this quickly. No strategic direction from leadership - couldn't tell you what they're doing all day - no goals, no growth objectives, and no data to support anything they're doing. They claim to be sitting on high-level conference calls all day but have nothing to show for it. They don't have a single industry connection they can call. I have never seen such an unwillingness to invest in better systems or listen to your employee's ideas. They’ve deleted several negative reviews over the last few months. Teams are consistently declining due to a poorly run organization. This company is headed to 0. Glotel was once a powerhouse, but its obvious that they were only positioned as an industry leader when their former CEO was running the show (who has now gone on and built two companies in the last 10 years that do 10x Glotel) Avoid at all costs. MICROMANAGERS - Sales, be ready for (2) daily 30-minute 1-on-1 meetings, every morning and afternoon, on top of 4 separate written reports weekly. You will still get calls out of the blue asking for updates on something you've talked about 14 times the previous week. -NO HR - This should've been the first red flag, you never know which "executive" is going to play the role of the HR -NO ERP SYSTEM - Everything is done through email and excel sheets. There are no real metrics or data that drive better decision-making for the business. -NO MARKETING -NO CRM -NO POWER DIALER
