-good compensation -good benefits package -opportunity for advancement -challenging and interesting work -frequent good and beverages available

Cons

-typical "at-will" employment contract -management not responsive--no feedback provided or opportunity to improve if you are not meeting goals -very "conservative" ideology among rank-and-file

Small company with responsive, helpful management and administration staff.

Cons

Benefits were better before becoming a subsidiary of Braxton. Small footprint as far as project diversity and opportunities.
