This entire company is a joke. This was my first claims job. I worked my butt off for three months at $12 an hour before getting a regular salary of $37000 only for them to fire me four months after hitting regular salary. The management is absolutely atrocious. If they don't like you they will actively sabotage you by micromanaging your work to the point of it being impossible to do the job. This forces you to get behind in your work and then they fire you for being behind. I worked there for 6-9 months and in that time saw 8-10 people in the tiny liability department either leave or get fired. They don't replace people when they fire someone and then everyone is overloaded with work. Then management yells at everyone for being behind. Then they let go more people. It's a vicious cycle and nothing more than a revolving door. If you like your health and sanity and aren't a masochist stay as far away from this company as you possibly can.

How the company is still open is beyond anyone’s understanding. The top dogs are scoundrels and have zero care for anyone or anything but their own paychecks. They have some good dedicated workers that they have, and will, drop like flies without blinking an eye. They froze salaries, aren’t matching 401k and on top of that they let people go and do not fill positions so the reps and supervisors are inundated with work. Then when everyone is handling three times what is normal, they will throw a add out to fill one spot. Go find a job and work at a normal reputable company. This is not it!
