While it's true that we’ve taken on a strategic investment to support our continued expansion, we remain committed to the values that have shaped us since the beginning. This evolution is part of ensuring our long-term stability and ability to serve both our team and clients with excellence. We understand and respect that change is not always easy, and at times, it may lead to difficult decisions—including when long-standing leaders choose to move on. These changes, however, do not diminish the legacy of those who helped build our foundation.
