Pros

Good operators Plenty to look at

Cons

Building and taking down the temp store. HR claiming not to know of your existence when asking for a reference, despite the hours of hard work given. Zero connectivity between management and staff. Unrealistic targets for up selling.

Pros

Got to know your coworkers well, learned a lot in a short amount of time. It was like a mini family in the store.

Cons

Turn over rate was really high, due to the fact it was seasonal.

Too much work for one person

Pros

When it was slow i was alone so it was nice being able to work in a quiet atmosphere.

Cons

Too much responsibility thrown at me all at once. When the cash went down and the line up was out the door it was just too much. Seasonal so we obviously didn't matter at all.
