Pros
The job started out as quick easy money as I was hired as a Sales Associate. After Christmas our Manager quit along with everyone else who was employed at our store. I was bumped to "manager" because of this. Decent pay for a low skill job The majority of your day is spent on a stool, hanging out in front of the register Organizing calendars Talking to strangers and encouraging sales
Cons
To be a sales associate is great and you have little to no responsibility. The pay was acceptable for working at the mall, 7.65/hr. However, as a manager the situation gets a little crazy. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER. Any time that you need to contact someone from this company it is at minimum an hour of phone tag. If you have unlimited minutes it's not an issue but being on a family share with 700/month was unacceptable. Unpacking, building, tear down, and return shipping of all fixtures and merchandise is terrible. I had two guys working those days that do shipping and resets of stores professionally and we barely finished in budget.
