The people I worked with were great.

Cons

Conditions were challenging (warehouse is not temperature controlled). Management was very aggressive in their expectations, but not willing to pay what their employees are worth.

A very Lax dress code

Cons

Too lax of a company culture, even the CEO can come into your workspace and cuss causally. Small operation, so you’re always doing something outside your job description with low pay to begin with.

They pretend to care and are quick to ignore the real problems.

Cons

Unacceptable work space, no access to a bathroom, no heat in the store, zero training, scheduling software didn’t work becttbd company refused to update it. This location had an OSHA safety violation. They still have the document posted.
