Pros

- Lunches on Fridays - cheers Tiff - Free parking / you dont have to battle traffic into the CBD - SDRs are a nice bunch, our manager is a nice guy - Co-founders are nice when they are in the office - Product has the potential to do a lot of good in the world

Cons

- The people are good on their own, but as a group the office is just majorly depressing - I seriously dislike going into the office. - None of the teams get on - account execs just steal deals from customer success and don't help any of us. We might as well be working for different companies. - Progression is not a thing - if you are interviewing ask about how many SDRs get promoted and how the AEs are doing. My mate was offered a promotion a few months ago from SDR to CS but he quit rather than take it because he knew how toxic this office is and he was the top performer. I’ve also heard that the new performance plans are based on 3 months of work, if you miss any of your targets for 3 months you get fired, if you hit for 3 you get promoted... regardless of past performance… there have been +20 SDRs since I've worked here, only 1 has been promoted. - Support: the HR team are pretty useless, I don't really know what they do because we don't feel supported at all. Lots of "supportve" slack messages when things are happening but no real action. They just like drinking tea and floating about and creating performance plans for jobs they don't understand
