Pay was good. Benefits were great

Cons

Kpis were hard to reach and management micromanaged all the time.

Pros

I grew professionally quite a lot while at GoDaddy.

Cons

Despite 8 years of good service, I clashed with a supervisor and I was cornered into a technicality by which I could be fired and they managed to deprive me of any severance or unemployment. On the whole my experience was good, but I met a nasty end.

Hosting Support (No Sales)

Pros

Great work-life balance and higher quality customer interactions for product education and issues.

Cons

Repetitive work has very little room for new experiences. There is no bonus for sales, but there is still a sales requirement. No incentive to promote products and services, but still a requirement to do so.
