Pros

1. Great work culture - WFH 2. My Engineering Manager was fantastic, he really put himself between product and us engineers ensuring our tasks were meaningful and could be completed in a reasonable deadline. He pushed for us to continuously improve and work on a variety of Backend related work. 3. No micro-managing and adequate support in all areas that I needed from mental health, to time-off, to engineering problems. 4. Incredibly smart and conscientious teammates.

Cons

1. The base pay, stock appreciation helped considerably but some would argue at this point it is slightly over-valued. 2. My absolute biggest issue is the quiet offshoring of a lot of talent away from the US. We struggled to fill positions unless they were 13hrs+ away, which had it's whole swath of communication issues. The people were good to work with, but it's difficult given some cultural issues that large time differences and WFH struggles to overcome
