Pros

Leadership truly cares about employees and they take feedback seriously.

Cons

Policy changes are often implemented with little to no notice to employees. During my training, the bonus structure was altered without warning. They also altered the training length from 8-10 weeks without warning. On the plus side, leadership listened to our feedback about these unexpected and unannounced changes and made accommodations during the additional 2 weeks of training.

Pros

Work from home is nice.

Cons

The worst toxic culture I’ve ever seen in all my years in corporate world. Shady shady “supervisors” and sales tactics. Micro managing and fear based motivation. You will more often than not get your bonus and be threatened to be fired entire time.
