Pros

The team of people at Godaddy are always ready to support you, to give their skills for the benefit of all and to give their knowledge to help the organization grow. In addition, there are many paths of growth, much to know and learn.

Cons

Rapid growth implies various document challenges, which require joint capabilities to complete them.

Pros

The pay and freedom of working from home were pretty good. Mainly the freedom. Pay never caught up after a couple of years.

Cons

I felt left behind as an employee as the company only cared to increase profits (as most do...) and it got worse over time. Product quality started to decline also.
