No shame working as in-house designer for this corporation

Pros

Opportunity to work on a variety of projects in multiple channels and markets. Amazing brand transformation. Good benefits and tools.

Cons

Despite being a team player, working remotely from the midwest gives subtle "less-than" vibes, especially when most of the team is from West coast or PNW. Feels kinda like high school at times, not being in the in crowd.
