Good, stable corporation. Yet, dynamic.

Pros

Local team is fun, connected. Local team is well exposed to the global organization, therefore there are tons of opportunities to learn from global experts in different business and technology fields. Great for people that want to play long term career game.

Cons

Dull sometimes as management is changing all the time (which is paradox). Sometimes feels like defining new strategy is the goal (repeatedly), versus actually executing strategy.
