Pros

Love the monthly townhalls. I work with talented people who are passionate about what they do. Mission and vision is amazing. Lots of freedom to try different projects and roles. Some amazing managers.

Cons

Pay is great when you join and then you get stuck there. Merit and promotion increases are very minimal. Promotions largely depend on which org you are part of. Not very consistent. Noticing a significant shift away from GoDaddy culture. A lot of seasoned engineers and directors are leaving.
