Best job I have had

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Lots of options to grow in your career (but depends on what role you are in). Great benefits.

Cons

Sometimes it seems hard to move up. I have been at the highest level of support for 5 years. my role recently went through some changes in its classifications so there are more options to move now. But with the current state of the economy, there have been hiring freezes for a few years.
