Pros

Motivated and talented group of people to work with, focused in on one core market (and leading it), no corporate bs, growing quickly but love the transparency and diversity that comes from being in a smaller company.

Cons

Lots of change as the business matures, benefits are a little light regarding health insurance coverage and 401k match.

Pros

GoFan provides the opportunity to work with high schools across the country and disrupt the market with an incredible product. There is a ton of opportunity to take ownership of processes as the company continues to grow. It is a fun and fast environment with a great group of employees across all departments.

Cons

Typical pains of a fast growing company -- communication could be improved, career path development needs to be defined, etc.
