Pros

Good pay for the area. 4x10 schedule (sometimes). Good benefits.

Cons

There has been zero innovation in the product since v2 and "management" doesn't seem to care about releasing new products. They give titles and decent pay to people to keep them around, but don't be fooled. They don't care about your mental health at all and will make you work way more than the 40 hours a week.

Pros

Hardworking Coworkers is the norm. 4 x 10s for production while some sales and customer facing roles are M-F 3 Paid weeks off based on the company's Off Production periods. If you accept that it's a job with good pay and decent benefits, it may be a good fit for you.

Cons

There is very little feedback and room for development, and layoffs occur when business is down.

Pros

The benefits are great. Three day weekends, three weeks (pre) scheduled vacation, dog friendly, and insurance is included with the salary. GFC is still a young company with a great product in a niche market.

Cons

Minor problems in communication between different departments.
