The only Pros you'll see on here was put here by management because it sucks so bad trust me i work here and looking to move to any place that I can this place sucks and this is my Pros, me telling you before you get sucked in by quick up grade and a little more pay and flying jets its not worth it trust me.

Cons

there is a reason for quick up grades it sucks so bad that pilots are going to other regional just to get away from this management you think your going to get out of this company with out a pink slip "PILOTS DONT SAY I DID NOT WORN YOU." OR EVEN LOST OF LIC. GOOD LUCK

It is a fun job. You work with mostly great people. You do get some fun layovers and travel benefits.

Cons

People do get fired easily. You can't use all your sick hours or you will get fired. You have to make sure you follow all the rules or other people will tell on you. You will be on reserve for a long time. It is getting harder and harder to fly standby. Not all trips will have great layovers. It is not a career. Pay is very very low-you only get paid flight hours so all the waiting around at airports, hotels is unpaid
