Not nearly what I expected, very disappointed!!!!

Pros

Travel to different cities and flight benefits. Meet new people everyday and make new acquaintances. The scenery can't be beat. It's breathtaking.

Cons

Pay is so low, you have to be on a serious budget!!!! It's not like a regular per hour job. You get paid per flight hour and it is very low once taxes and insurance comes out of your salary!!!

Cons

Lots of new hires will not make it because hey refuse to conform to the established rules.
