GoJet has been a great company to work for and has been exactly what I was looking for to start my airline career. We get 4 commuter hotels a month, which helps tremendously being a commuter, quick seniority, and fast upgrade.

Cons

In my experience GoJet has essentially the same downfalls as most all regionals. Although the pay is a lot better than it used to be, it is still not where it should be. The regionals survive by being cheaper than the next company so in order to be competitive they have to cut cost. Another downside is the schedules are not extremely productive, but at least they give a 4 hour daily guarantee.

co-workers are great, get to travel and see the country. have the potential to get multiple days off in a row.

Cons

You start out with higher pay then most other airlines. However, the pay increases are very low compared to others. Management likes to use a lot of scare tactics. They are constantly hiring, yet are short staffed most of the year. Revolving door.
