Difficult to balance work/life

Easy foot in the door for prospective flight attendants, training prepared me for the job, great & friendly people work here

Cons

Starting out constantly on reserve, leaves little opportunity for flight hours as a new FA, minimum flight hours was not enough to make ends meet

Cons

Lack of an HR Department Is very concerning. One supervisor is extremely verbally abusive and creates a hostile environment with a severe lack of CRM. Multiple emails sent to management by numerous employees in various departments have resulted in no change in behavior.

Pros

-Pretty small community, yet always seeing new faces and most are friendly and mild mannered -Base managers are friendly and helpful -Small Plane, semi-manageable work load when there are minimal delays. -Flying depends on your bases but are often given trips that station you at other bases. Nice variety!

Cons

-Pay is abysmal -They have almost NO reserve flight attendants -Retention is horrible because they are SO strict with flight attendants and again pay is comically low for all they work we do ESPECIALLY when we work by ourselves -If you have a family, mouths to feed, expensive rent, etc. I would not recommend G7 until they start truly valuing their flight attendant through more than temporary “bonuses”- unfortunately.
