Pros

i like the culture, the people i worked with were great learned a lot, got big responsabilities even if i was only a junior and i was allowed to make ( small-ish ) mistakes working there could be really fun

Cons

you have to be a good negotiator if you want to have a good salary ( the salary gaps inside the company between 2 people can be huge for the same job ) work life balance is bad a lot of stress, deadlines and sometimes desorganized ( which is the case in any growing startup and seeing those things especially for a junior can be a great experience )
