Very unorganized and absolutely no structure. The job application for starters wasn’t even clear to the job duties of the job. Went in completely confused. Received bullying from a government employee. Lack of training, they completely set me up for failure.

The people I work with are very knowledgeable and don’t mind helping and or training you. For this being my first BMET job out of college the pay is good and the benefits as well.

Cons

Honestly right now I can’t think of any cons. The work environment is good, the pay good, the benefits, and management is good and communicates good also. So as of now no cons.

Management, workers are unprofessional and not trained. They demand you to do several positions for a cheap salary. work on a project with no data, no information and no documentation, everything is ALWAYS crashing or down.
