Pros
Generally a friendly atmosphere, treated fairly and no games when it comes bonuses and COL adjustments.
Cons
The health benefits here are terrible. If you need to cover two people, it could costs more 800 dollars every month! and the coverage itself is mediocre at best. The way the company is run is also a mess. No one has a real plan. We just make things up as we go, and it causes a lot of problems. Different teams do not talk to each other at all. The bosses change how we work without telling anyone first. We are always working on projects that are late, so everyone is always stressed and rushing. The company wants to open ten new branches this year. When we asked how they would do it, they did not have an answer. There is literally no plan. Tons of management here. Supervisor > Manger > Director > VP > EVP > CEO. It's insane.
