      You can advance in this companies franchise locations. I worked in many different jobs at the franchise I was at. I eventually moved into management.

      Pros

      Often other employees will help a disabled person to accompany them.

      Cons

      Changes days off often change so disabled employees cannot schedule appointments for treatment. Often will make up lies about you when the disabled employee takes off for appointments. Then they have an excuse to dismiss you.
