Pros
Works with schedule(depending on manager), learned new experiences... Flexibly with working in other areas of the restaurant, learn new recipes and new foods depending on seasons
Cons
Very stressful work environment, managers don't really care about feelings and if your physically feeling good, (more of bosses rather than leaders) customers very demanding and not the smartest out there.
