Pros

People feel like family, especially if you're of Hispanic heritage.

Cons

Managers never tell you when a paycheck is in. Unequal ratio of manual labor to wage. Unless you ask for it, you never get a break, which by the way, is illegal. Managers always picked favorites and always let their mistakes slip by. Lack of hygiene in the kitchen, inventory, and freezer. Abundance of expired produce and meat. Managers seemed to care very little about customers until they paid.

Pros

It was a job when I needed one, but not a good fit. The food was good for a buffet, and we got half off on shift meals.

Cons

I have never seen such turnover in my life. They fired staff on a weekly basis, seemingly on a whim. There was rampant favoritism and bullying by management. It was a tense environment.
