      managers very understanding, regular customers, tips, coworkers are generally easy to get along with

      Cons

      owner has mood swings, no food discounts, shifts can change within a day, lazy employees are never talked to and actions are never taken, the hard working employees just make up for the ones that fail to do their jobs

      Tips were good as long as you smiled a lot and tried to be polite.

      Cons

      Most of the young people who worked as Servers were forced to work all weekend. Friday through Sunday, every week. Very preferential when it comes to making the schedules.
