      Pros

      The best reasons to work at Golden Corral is because they are more like a family to there employees, they really strive to make the best work enviorment for the staff and income guest.

      Cons

      Some of the down sides of working at Golden Corral is, not many guest coming in know you only make tips and most of the time that leads you with only 2.40 an hour and working all day and not always makeing tips makes you feel awful . I also noticed a lot of the managers and cooks don't care about how the bars or the food on them looks, which makes you as a server look bad .

      Pros

      Staff and Company was great to work with. Meet lots of great people and have fun doing your job. Allowed to experience many different jobs with opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Only one person in higher management acted as if he was god. Dismissed me from employment two weeks into cast, after I broke my ankle on my property. Doctor would not release me, so I could not preform my duties
