Management, Favoritism, Lack of Training for management, just a general lack of knowledge among management they all do it differently when they show you how to do it, they get fired the new guy shows how your doing it wrong and you have to go back to the way you used to do it then he is gone. just a joke. people do no call no shows three time in one week and get rewarded when they finally show up to work, and others who attempt to call get no answer so they call other servers to leave messages end up fired for not calling in.
