Pros
Small company with great work environment. National presence with hundreds of projects installed and great reputation among clients. Paid vacation, paid parking, fantastic view of the Ohio River and downtown Louisville.
Cons
Competing with local sign shops all over the US, makes for having to really earn sales. National company sometimes not favored by clients looking to "buy local".
