GSF produces patties for McDonald's so there's strong job security. No matter what's going on in the world, people will always eat McDonalds

Good pay because you work so many hours, paid weekly Managers that haven't quit or been fired seem to care, with the exception of HR

Cons

HR is a nightmare, what a joke If you have issues they will never be resolved Those you work with can have a ton of points, and will still have a job No work life balance, as all you do is work work work
