Nice coworkers who are genuine and care to help

Cons

High turnover of employees in the corporate office because of insufficient pay and high stress. Expectations from executives grow everyday even though many employees are constantly working overtime because they’re working multiple roles as one person. Lower level employees often overcompensating for directors incompetence despite much lower salary. I would avoid this company.

Great, supportive, responsive BCBAs. Reasonable pay, gas stipend. Clients are within reasonable driving distance.

Cons

No options or pay when clients cancel. Very little parent training done. Most RBT training is self directed.
