      New starters come in vibrant and glowing, after a few weeks no one smiles anymore. -Poor management skills -You are left to figure out your role by yourself with no help -Everyone cares about their own promotion and will only help you if it benefits them first -Systemic discrimination -Draining -Disingenuous people
